  This is a story dear to my heart,our client Ellie(the beautiful greyhound)was rescued from a greyhound rescue in Atlanta along with her sister Poe,who recently passed away.

 Her mom Chris who is only in her late forties and a woman who loves her pets, has a ton of friends,works really hard and loves tennis is suffering from colon cancer.

 Chris has been suffering with this disease since October 2013.She has had at least three surgeries that I know of but continues to be optimistic and fights with every fiber of her being.

  Just this week she had to be rushed to the hospital for a twisted bowel.I wish that we could do more to help her and we let her know daily that we love her and are praying for her.

      I have been her dog's care giver since 2010 and couldn't work for a kinder more loving woman.My daughter(seen here with Ellie) has asbergers and has bonded with Chris and her two beautiful pups.

 We leave notes for Chris everyday before we leave and Maddy draws her pictures and tells her funny stories or will write the daily report with smiley faces and such.

 Their whole family has helped our daughter along the way deal and come more out of her shell.Recently we found out that Ellie has an enlarged heart and there is little to be done.I have not told this sad news to Maddy as it's a lot to deal with but we continue everyday to pray for Ellie and chris.We hope that we have many years ahead with this wonderful woman who has made a different in our lives and so many others.
